Career Profile:
VP Production #1172

This production manager enjoys working with popcorn almost as much as he enjoys eating it. He supervises the entire process, from field to warehouse. He is also responsible for ensuring that the process is carried out quickly and efficiently. By maintaining a strong relationship with the popcorn growers he arranges for the product to be harvested and transported to the popcorn company on time.

Once the raw popcorn arrives, he supervises the storing, cleaning and preparing process. He believes in a more hands-off style of managing, by placing his people in positions of responsibility and monitoring them from a distance. If they have questions or struggles, then he steps in to help out. Whether the popcorn ends up in the movie theatres or the microwave, this production manager plays a key role in getting the product to the customer.
