This lawyer, born and raised in Chicago, knew at an early age that becoming an attorney was the career path for him.
After graduating from high school, he attended an out-of-state university graduating four years later with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. He believes this emphasis provided him with a solid background for practicing law. From there, he attended law school at a private university in Iowa.
Three years of law school and a law degree later, he immediately got his first job as a criminal defense attorney at a small town in north central Iowa. One year later, this attorney moved to central Iowa, where he currently practices criminal law and enjoys it very much. He believes the most important role of a good lawyer is the desire to help people, because that's what being a lawyer is all about, helping people.
