Ever since his youth, when he was making his own cabinets with his brothers, he knew he wanted a hands-on job working with wood. It is no surprise that his father, two brothers and an uncle are all in the field of construction. The skills he learned at home and from industrial technology and shop classes have benefited him in his knowledge and skill with cabinet manufacturing.
Career Profile:
As a production manager at a cabinet manufacturing company, this person works very closely with other production managers. His job is to make sure there is open communication between everyone. It is not uncommon for him to make several walks throughout his building every day making sure everything is on schedule. His building is the first building in the cabinet making process at the company, so efficiency must be monitored at all times.
